“Just great generally and well equipped!”

“Got there and fireplace was stuck on and as hot as a sauna in there. Air conditioner did not work after we were able to shut down fireplace. They brought up a fan but room was so hot couldn't sleep even with fan. Stayed here a few times before and it was awesome.”

“The one and only negative experience we had was how our room was placed right near the elevator. Staff were not aware and did not pay attention to how loud some of other guests were. From 12am-3am, there were multiple instances where other guests were incredibly loud right outside the elevator in the hallway. The hotel staff need to be more aware of other guests during quiet hours, it was very disruptive. Other than that, it was all great.”

“Hotel was nice and clean. Only complaints being that there was no shelf in the shower, and it's the old style bathroom set up where the sink is in a separate room.”

“The staff was very nice and the location was very convenient but the hotel is a bit dated and the walls are very very thin. We were woken up in the morning by our neighbour moving around in his room and fell asleep listening to him snore. At times it even sounded like they were in the same room as us.”
