There was an issue with the smoke alarm in our room that the staff was very helpful with making right and following up on. The staff seemed genuinely happy to have us there and to help make our experience in Savannah a good one. The breakfasts were super tasty and portions just right; amenities were spot on and we looked forward every evening ...

The staff is excellent from my questions prior to arriving - Jennifer is amazing - to check in staff, the valet guys were awesome and so friendly and polite, the happy hour was sumptuous, breakfast - excellent. I truly have nothing bad to say. Our room had a small balcony and we were able to watch the river front activity. So cool. Thank you so much River Street Inn!! Our hearts broke a little when we had to leave. ”
