“We stayed in the Calhoun room. It is very pretty but it smells musty & the room was very damp. We discovered mold on the ceiling. Which is concerning. It was also our anniversary & they did not do anything special. Most places we stay leaves a nice note, bottle of wine, or chocolates. Wishing us a happy anniversary to make their guests feel special. The shower seal was about to fall off & there is a huge glass door. Another concern. I shared this & never heard back,”

“My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this historic inn on the arguably most beautiful street in the US. The location is great. You can walk to lovely parks, boutique shops and downtown restaurants from this location. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. We particularly enjoyed the welcome champagne, the evening wine and cheese, and the late night dessert. The breakfast was disappointing as was our smaller room on the lower level. “Nicole, the only staff member, was wonderful. A very sweet woman who served a great breakfast and made up the room perfectly.. The bed was very comfortable. However, there was no one else there to offer advice or tips about being in Savannah. It was our first time and we could have used someone there. Other guest houses for that price have a concierge. The bathroom definitely needs an update – – the sink did not drain well nor did the toilet flush properly. And the shower was from the 19th...

“When we checked in we were told this would be the only place we'd want to stay when we visit Savannah. They were correct. This is an amazing hotel. We opted for the 1 bedroom apartment and loved every minute of it. It was cozy and welcoming. Very clean and organized. The hotel is within walking distance of everything you want to do in Savannah. We parked our vehicle upon check-in and didn't move the vehicle until we left. Our next Savannah trip will most definitely include The Ann!”
