“Beautiful historical hotel in the heart of El Paso. Dinners at the hotel restaurant, Sabor were sooo delicious with detailed presentations. The best time to enjoy El Paso downtown is during their winter festival when police blocked off the center of the city where this hotel is located, and allowed people to walk and enjoy the lights and musics. Special thanks to front desk Jordon and Montana, and Dante at the restaurant. They’re wonderful people who gave us warm welcome and hospitality. ”

“The room was spacious and quiet and clean. I was staying long enough that I was able to relax and figure out some of the quirks of the room like the remote controlled shades - which were nice! (Just would have loved a heads up so I wasn’t trying to figure it out and feeling silly once it dawned on me) The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming and made sure my dog felt loved and welcomed too! La tenda del bagno non era impermeabile, quando ce ne siamo accorti il bagno era già tutto allagato. “I liked the business model—it’s a creative way of keeping costs down for guests. There is no lobby or staff in the hotel itself. Guests check in at the 24-hour diner next door.
