“Our stay was nice, however five minutes into my shower the water just completely shut off. My daughter called the front desk and the gentleman said wait fifteen minutes and turn the water back on. Since I had soap on my face, I was able to wash my face in the sink. I tried the shower ten minutes later and all hot water was restored!”

The biggest positive was the staff—they were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay.
