“Excellent location, clean rooms would’ve loved a bar or restaurant in the hotel.”

“Our stay was nice, however five minutes into my shower the water just completely shut off. My daughter called the front desk and the gentleman said wait fifteen minutes and turn the water back on. Since I had soap on my face, I was able to wash my face in the sink. I tried the shower ten minutes later and all hot water was restored!”

“Be aware, all 2nd floor rooms are walk up. There is no elevator. Lovely property. When I’m traveling to see my kids in east TX & Louisiana, I always stay at this hotel. I just love the vibe.”

“Room overall was clean, but it’s such a small space. No microwave or coffee pot in rooms. You have to go downstairs for that. A lot of water falls out during a shower as well. This is really a place if you need to sleep and leave right away. I wouldn’t recommend if you have kids or bigger families.”

“It was our first time in El Paso, Texas. We traveled to the BTS concert, we were happy to have a room, property felt clean, walkable, plenty of shopping centers, nearby,. Pros: the area as a whole felt safe, and we were able to walk to Walmart and plenty of other restaurants nearby and Uber was available at all times. Cons: our room was not clean and up to par. It lack a sense of security and cleanliness. We did have a large restroom. I believe they gave us a room for ADA accommodations. To...

“Pros- new shower, clean ish, bathroom renovations, proximity to shops and food, good fridge, new microwave, good TV Cons- dated furniture (scary when thinking of the bed), mirror not in bathroom (made it hard to shave), bright lights at night, huge gap under door, key lock entry, no coffee, no ice, over head light (no side lamps), no side tables”

“This place should be Reported for Harassment of staff as well Disgusting behavior and Irresponsibility. The place should closed down. Full of roaches and old worn shower head. Place should be reported to the health department as well close down for good”
