“Woke up to the sound of loud music room next door. Literally thought they had a live DJ inside the room. Went on till 5 am”

“Hotel was clean and staff were super kind and helpful. However, the maintenance was the issue with this hotel. When we got there the pull out couch still had dirty linens. The shower had empty bottles of shampoo. The worst part was the toilet wouldnt work. It was just fill with water and not flush. Im shocked that whoever cleaned the room after the last guest could miss all these things.”

“I planned to use the amenities advertised, such as the pool. Unfortunately it had a chain lock and not available for its tenants. I planned to chill at this place all weekend and had to resort to just stay indoors. At late night, both nights, there were people, children running in the hallways while I was trying to sleep. Unexceptable.”

“The service provided was excellent; however, I was disappointed that both the pool and elevator were unavailable due to maintenance. The primary reason I chose this hotel was to enjoy the pool, so its closure significantly impacted my stay. While I was fortunate to be able to access my room on the third floor using the stairs, the lack of elevator service was still an inconvenience. “I had reserve a suite and was not available for me was moved without notification to a smaller room and had A/C issues in the night time and refrigerator did not work.”
