“What an absolute gem of a property! I come to Hove for business and have always stayed quite some distance away (Hayward Heath) due to the lack of secure parking at most properties in the area. So to find this fabulous property so close to my customer’s site was fantastic. Off street parking on the drive of the property means no hunting for a parking space. “Superb value for money, fabulous location as only a couple of stops on the train (3 min walk to station) and we were Brighton. Parked for free on links road. We had the en suite, which was a massive room & comfy bed. Only thing was bathroom blind needs replacing (for privacy) and shower thermostat wasn’t easy to change (went too hot) apart from that - brilliant base for exploring area/Brighton. We loved our stay thanks!”

“No parking as advertised. Staff were very casual - often sat on their phones on the sofa round the corner from the front desk. There was nowhere to hang the shower hose. It was just loose over the bath. They did fix it once I told them, but I would've expected it to have been addressed before my arrival. “The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms well presented and clean. Excellent choice of breakfast menu, served well presented and some different options to chose from. The only downside to this property is the parking as it does not have its own spaces and parking in Brighton is not easy due to all the new road changes taking place. The hotel is situated on a quiet square with a public garden. Just a short walk to the beach and town amenities.”

“Staff were lovely, as was breakfast and the bar. But the rooms and decor are the key feature of this hotel and certainly make it unforgettable. Our room and bathroom were not huge but more than adequate and comfortable. The theming of the rooms, corridors, stairways and bar area is amazing, thoughtful, creative and makes this hotel worth a stay for sure, as does the cheeky nature and sense of humour. We will likely be back just to try a different room! Thanks”

“My wife and I had a wonderful stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and very conveniently located. The only tiny, tiny complaint I can make is that the bed was really firm. However, I would stay there again. Everything else was great.”
