The maintenance man came and fixed the door, but then it would not latch. It could be pushed open from the hallway. Maintenance came to fix the door again which took about an hour. “I can use my debit/credit card. I have already paid my room online. They tried to get me to cancel my reservation with Expeditiona and I had no refund. It was 11:30 p.m. when I arrived and the officer didn't want to know anything. I'm a golden member with the channel. I use it very often and I can manage to get better. This was my second stay at this establishment. My departure was no better to be reimbursed and the staff not friendly.”

“Rooms were very clean and beds super comfortable. Staff was great, I had a difficult time with my TV but they were up in 5 min and got it fixed.”

“Not many amenities, but the place seemed to be renovated as of recently. Super friendly staff! There was cold breakfast but that's better than nothing. The only thing I'd complain about is that it wasn't very soundproof. Could hear people talking outside, opening/closing doors, and walking up/down stairs”
