“Clean room, helpful staff. We only slept there one night. Was there maybe 8 hours. The vents were comfortable. The towels need to be updated and we're not as white as I'd like them to be. A bit gray/worn. Other than that it fit our needs.”

“Good family hotel, with big rooms and kitchen. the breakfast is very basic and the wifi is very good and stable. the gym is also very nice and well equipped. unfortunately the staff is not changing towels and replanishing the water daily, so you have to bring your own from the room. the pool is small but very well maintained and clean. there is no housekeeping. you have to spend your own time cleaning the bathrooms, changing towels, removing garbage.....”

“Breakfast was excellent and staff were helpful. Pool room was heated nicely but pool water itself was cold. Bathtub/shower needs grab bar and/or safety strips to prevent falls.”

“God where do I start. I'll start with the bad then go to good. 1. Office smelled like an Indian buffet 2. No heat. Told the manager. He came in the room, put the AC on to 71 thinking I am dumb. “Excellent location. At beginning of the Main Street where all the restaurants and shops are. Parking is usually available on street or municipal lot across the street. There is no elevator at the factory. We had the designer king room. It’s part of Dutches inn and spa so you can use the beautiful rooftop space for glass of wine (BYO) while watching the sunset and mountains. The only negative was the bed. “We booked Hyatt Place Poughkeepsie at the last minute and were pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was better than expected. We especially loved the breakfast setup. It had a cozy, home kitchen atmosphere that made us feel like we were in someone’s kitchen.”

Could not even spend one night heard noises in the middle of the night.had to leave to an actual hotel Round house and pay more money. Not safe for a woman alone!
