“Check in was easy, counter staff was curt is curtious and polite. Hotel room and building very clean. Comfortable beds, large flat screen tv, within walking distance from the Crystal Grand Theater. Overall excellent experience ”

“Great stay all around! We just stayed 4 night as a family of 4, with 2 young children. The staff were friendly and helpful, our room was very clean and well equipped with a good sized mini fridge and microwave. Beds were clean and comfortable. The shower had good water pressure and never ran out of hot water. The pools and hot tub on site were clean. Free passes for the waterparks was a nice perk. Close walking distances to attractions and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again. ”
