“We've stayed here before and have been pleased with room and hotel. This time however, our room (and the pool) did not meet expectations: Room 129 is billed as handicap accessible but the bathroom was not. The bathtub was not walk or roll-in and there were no grab bars. Shower head was hand-held but stream was hard to adjust. Tub fixtures were not secured to wall properly. “This location is the BEST for downtown, right off the strip. Clean pool!! Upstairs rooms facing the road are the best. Beds and pillows comfortable. They have ROKU TV..if you don't know how to use it, it's hard to get going. Not alot of extra outlets in the room. No USB ports. My only complaint is the shower...we found black hairs in tub and the tub was not draining right. The shower was a little difficult to figure out. I would definitely stay here again..”

“We stayed at Mt. Olympus for a coyple days, and decided to stay one more night in the dells. We were pleasantly surprised by the Econolodge. The staff was warm and welcoming. The indoor pool was clean, not crowded, and open until midnight. The rooms at Mt. Olympus were 3 times the price, and much smaller. My kids said they would prefer to stay here next time we come to the dells.”

“This was our second stay at Natura Treescape Resort, and this time we opted for a hotel room for easier bathroom access. The cabins are fun, but they are truly more like camping since you have to walk to the bathhouse for the toilet or shower. We love having so many swimming options right on the resort property, plus access to Land of Natura, Aloha Beach, The Vue, and Timbavati Wildlife Park. When you’re swimming in the lagoon, it honestly doesn’t feel like you’re in Wisconsin.”

“The club hours could be expanded to allow for more time.There for your family. Items in the cabin where we stayed need some maintenance , such as many of the blinds were broken. ”

“Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.”

There’s wasps nests EVERYWHERE, couldn’t enjoy the balcony due to that and could barely enter the doors without one diving at us, the mini fridge in the room didn’t work, tv remote barely worked and beds were super uncomfortable, the pools were okay but this whole place needs updating. I appreciated the two room option. I don’t think we will stay here again.”

Unfortunately, it was disappointing due to the lack of care and poor communication.The issues were not with maintenance or housekeeping.
