“Check in was super easy, i was sent the keypad code by email a few days prior to check. Communication with the owner was great, response was very quick. Only downfall was that i had to vacuum when we got there and house #4 did not have a washer/dryer, stove, or full size refrigerator and it was more than my friends house #1 that had those amenities included. I would stay here again, only would makw sure I had a house with laundry. Very close to Clarks Hill Lake and a short drive to Augusta ”

“The Rose Evan Real Estate group was communicative, prompt and helpful. Check-in went very smoothly. The cottage is furnished nicely, comfortable and light and airy. Attractive, heavyish curtains are drawn at night for privacy. Beds and pillows are comfortable and the bathrooms are modern. The AC was simple and worked wonderfully.
