“Property was easy to check in and the front desk gentleman was very kind. The property itself is in need of upgrades. Carpets are worn. Elevator needs a spruce up. The room environmentally was dark, the temperature was comfortable and was very quiet despite being on a busy street. We didn't drive but there appeared to be adequate parking in the underground garage. The property felt safe. The housekeeping needs supervison. Room windows needed attention, tub had hair. “We had a wonderful stay at Yarra Valley Lodge and couldn't have been more impressed. The property is set amongst beautiful natural surroundings, creating a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere that feels like a true escape from the city. The spacious room was spotless, comfortable, and offered lovely views of the gardens and estate. The lodge is located on a large estate near the gateway to the Yarra Valley wine region, making it an ideal base for exploring the area.”

“House keeping failed to clean our room when requested to do so. No teaspoons in the room with tea/coffee making amenities. Reception staff were helpful and courteous. Overall a basic stay hotel close to shopping centre and good off street parking”

“Basic accommodation. It's pretty tired but the beds and bedding were clean. It's not expensive so can't be too fussy. Booked late for the F1 so were really out of options. Basic but ok”

“Please clean rooms thoroughly before staying. Also the place needs a deep clean, and new lick of paint. The beds are alright but need to present better with headboards. There was thick dust in all the vents, and ontop of dryers and washing machine. I'm glad I brought my own kettle to say the least! The concierge guy was great! And he was really kind and helpful”

“We were surprised and quite disappointed especially since the facility was advertised on expedia as a hotel, on getting there, we got a motel. We paid for hotel services on expedia but got a motel. The rooms we stayed in were not as displayed in the pictures.”

“No complimentary breakfast despite having been frequent customers from intersrate..May be the business has changed hands so their policy on enticing old customers is not.on their radar.”
