Hotel vicino a Cleveland History Center - Cleveland

“Historic house, so charming but the rooms are quite dated. I liked my stay but didn’t really enjoy the shower, I think a renovation is needed. Breakfast is complimentary but I would have appreciated some vegetarian options as well”

“I was stunned that a 5 star hotel only has travel size ironing board. Extremely tacky and unusable. The walls are also paper thin and could hear my next door neighbor plain as day. Not 5 star”

“Amazing staff , they provided lovely service . Room was clean and hotel was nice in a decent area with lots of parking”

“A+++”

“The staff were all wonderful and the location is great!”

“Very positive! Hotel is clean and comfortable.”

“I've stayed at less expensive hotels and received better breakfasts options for free. I mean $5-$11 for a donuts is by any stretch a bit much. As far as the pool is considered in a cold weather climate the internal temperature of the water should be a little warmer! The maintenance staff was very accommodating as to increasing the temperature but unfortunately too late for my wifes liking”

“Great”

“All the staff are terrific, friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable.”
