“The staff was friendly but the shuttle driver went above and beyond he was courteous and even took us to eat and came back and got us ive never had that sort of service before. Thank you james you were wonderful you are a shining light for that establishment ”
“With all of the amenities provided, it was almost as convenient as being at home. I was a bit worried about the location, but it turned out to be no problem at all. If anything, it was great that we could walk to so many restaurants nearby. We have another Cleveland trip in a couple of months, and we plan to stay here again. ”
