“The room was great, and had a huge bathroom, but very little closet space. We were there for a week and traveled with a lot of clothes. For a shorter stay that would not have been an issue. All the staff were friendly and helpful, and our room was immaculate. Although close to the airport the rooms are very quiet. We would definitely stay at The Orbit again.”

“Even around the exterior landscaping lots of weeds, room not as pictured very old dusty couch moths flying around room when turn lights on and entered. Badly damaged scuffed shower/tub walls. Not even a chair and table in the room. Supposed to be a suite and pictures having separate room for couch and a little desk/work station and that was not the case at all. Breakfast was a joke. The worst grossest hotel breakfast ever experienced. Woman was interviewing and complaining about housekeepers...

“I went to set on the desk chair and it collapsed.It was supposed to have 4 bolts holding the seat to the base and it only had two.One popped out which was what made me fall.I didn't get hurt but the way I fell made it hard to get up.I reported this to the front desk and the guy just said I'LL fix it.The real problem is that I had to pay a security deposit of 100.00 for security in case I damaged something.They didn't accept any responsibility for their lack of maintenance.”

“Hotel bellissimo, elegante e pulito in posizione meravigliosa al centro di Cleveland, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Colazione eccezionale e utilissima la possibilità di cenare a buffet con tre drink inclusi fino alle 19. Infine comoda la piscina con la vasca idromassaggio con acqua calda che ci ha permesso dopo cena di rilassarci alla fine della nostra giornata in visita durante il nostro viaggio on the road tra Canada e USA. “The air does not turn off. We were awakened at 3 am with the room at 76 degrees. The air was set at 68. All it could blow was warm air. It continued to blow until and eventually it was up to 79 degrees. Thankfully we had to be to the airport at 6 am we didn’t notice it get any hotter. As we got ready at 5 am we had to keep the hall door open to at least get some cooler air in the room. This was not due to outside being hot/humid. The high during the day was in the 70’s.
