“The garden view apartment had everything we needed, including a bonus spa bath on the balcony and a sea view that I wasn’t expecting. The lounge was big enough for one kid on the couch and one on the extra bed ($35 per night). The main bed was comfy and the apartment was clean and air conditioned. Screen only between main bedroom and lounge. A few minor items needed to be replaced (broken toaster, fridge that freezes everything or nothing, aged bath tap and plug, paint in the main bedroom)...

It's advertised as a hotel Holiday inn and when you get there it's a old house with a couple of bedrooms downstairs, over the two days I stayed there I saw so many people walk in and out because it is not appropriate to stay in, it should be closed down. they don't get a refund, they can't. it's a trap, it is a scam. it should be taken off your website . We paid $518 for two nights we had no TV no microwave the room was disgusting we...

“Issues with checkin, could not checkin untill 6.30pm very annoying. Room was dirty with cockroaches, musty smell. no key was for lock up was provided. TV did not work. Nosies tapping on the wall and windows at night, our children were terrified. pet could not go outside overgrown grass and junk. Stains on the sheets overall very very disappointing. ”

“I liked the place that the hotel was situated by the lake. The clean room , the helpful staff and the specious and close by parking, very easy to get into the hotel. Could do with some box of tissues in the room and an extra chair( there was only one chair for 2 people...) Thanks for the gift of a bottle of wine and a packet of chips, but the staff have to you know that there is a gift in the room...”

“Great location and very good reception staff. No lifts so if stairs are a problem probably best to give it a miss or ask for a room at ground level. Only real downside was the very soft mattress - not great for those of use with bad backs”
