This lower-level veranda overlooks the gardens and native firs of the Quintessa Estate on Whidbey Island. Enjoy room to move indoors and outdoors with ease. From here your party can spill out into the deck and gardens. When visiting Whidbey, this is the place to bring the kids and their friends. This is the perfect vacation rental for a family reunion or a retreat with friends. You'll be able to take advantage of a convenient location close to all of the island's amazing offerings including beaches, farmers' markets, wineries, art galleries/studios, coffee roasters, and so much more! The Clinton-Mukilteo Ferry is only minutes from the estate and you'll be just 35 miles from Seattle's Space Needle.

The Veranda includes comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to ten guests. A large dining area, tables, and side chairs round out the seating arrangements inside and out. The kitchen reaches from here to there with full-size appliances and loads of cupboard space. Outside on the veranda, you’ll find an abundance of chairs and tables for lazy summer meals!

This is the lower level of the main house. There are two other units available on this property that may be occupied during this stay. For exclusive use of the property and grounds, consider the Estate rental.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
