“We thought the hotel was great. Very clean and nicely appointed modern rooms. The only complaint is the lighting by the sink is not placed properly. It was hard to do makeup with the light. Lights should be over the mirror. Also the room lighting is too austere.”

“This is a perfect place to stay when in Fayetteville. The staff checking in was super nice. The whole place including the room was super clean and smelled clean. Parking was great. It was nice and quiet. Definitely recommend”

“There was a little mixup with our rooms, but they helped us work it out. Breakfast was good. Beds were comfy. We took the last parking spot and it was very loud and crowded inside. Rooms were quiet, AC was working but still pretty muggy inside.”

“The room we had had a really really old tub and toilette room. It wasn’t as described in the pictures. The room was smelling bad, like humid and old. The only updated thing was the bad and tv.”

“Unfortunately, although it was a non-smoking room. It reeked of marijuana. Besides that these people were kind and helpful. They allowed me and my service cat and service dog to stay. My dog is afraid of big trucks and is very protective of me and a good judge of character.”

“Staff was not friendly or welcoming. This hotel is invested with roaches, in the hallways, the rooms, everywhere!! Walking in the hallways you will find bugs that people have stepped on. Would not recommend!! We checked in at 2 PM and checked out by 3 PM due to the uncleanliness and bugs. The line was terrible with one girl working the front desk. I turned my key into a cleaning lady close to the front desk.”
