“the room is clean and all but i was in my bra in my room with the light shade down you could still see through it if you were close up and some guy came and started cleaning the windows i got no warning from staff or anything and i was basically in my underwear”

“The Brinckerhoff Inn is a beautiful historic property that has been beautifully restored. The personal attention given to us by Bob was second to none. He takes great pride in his inn and loves to share the interesting history of this region. He prepared a wonderful breakfast and welcomes you into the house as if it’s your own. If you are in the area, you must make sure to stay at this house!”

“Room not very clean found two types of bugs in our room. Was told hotel was totally sold out and we couldn’t extend our stay and it wasn’t sold out. Then Expedia said there were rooms but I would have to do a new order and get yet another hotel mandated card hold. The breakfast was also terrible and when your family is facing something terrible, this was the last thing we needed”

“Stayed here with my team for work and we thought it was great. The rooms are very spacious and that personally thought the beds were very comfortable. We used the pool and the weight room and the breakfast had a great variety of things. The pool does get used with different swim clubs so it’s not always available. The hotel is very close to a lot of restaurants and other things so it works perfect and the staff was also very nice and helpful. I’m hoping to be back next week.”

“Good family hotel, with big rooms and kitchen. the breakfast is very basic and the wifi is very good and stable. the gym is also very nice and well equipped. unfortunately the staff is not changing towels and replanishing the water daily, so you have to bring your own from the room. the pool is small but very well maintained and clean. there is no housekeeping. you have to spend your own time cleaning the bathrooms, changing towels, removing garbage.....”

“Room was clean, price was reasonable. Check in is 4:00 pm, I got there at 3:30 pm. Although the room was ready, I was asked did I want to pay extra to check in early. I have never experienced that before if the room is ready. Not a good start to my stay.”

“The pool was closed, along with the restaurant, which we were not aware of. When we walked the trails to sit at a scenic location, branches and shrubs blocked our view. When we showered, there was half empty bottles of body wash, shampoo and other showering necessities. This was $600 a night. Totally not worth it at this time.”

“If I could rate this a 0 I would. Place smelled like cigarettes and weed even though there are no smoking signs everywhere. Asked to be moved and the desk said it smells like that everywhere. People in the lobby during check in were talking about selling drugs and asking people if they wanted drugs. Guy at desk did not acknowledge it. TV and wifi did not work. Also a blanket on the bed had a giant red stain and we folded it and put it in the closet. After checking out we were accused of stealing...
