“Very comfortable home. Feels new. Loved the large great room. Enjoyed fireplace and sitting outside in back. Upscale shower, gas stove. Super quiet neighborhood, easy to get to beach or just cruise around through Russian river area. Probably due for a kitchen equipment replenish, not quite enough dishes for our group. “It was very inviting for sure. The super friendly cat was too cute. We could see the neighbor outside, so assuming they can also see. We cleaned the grill to use it. Lights and heat seem to be on a timer/preset. Big tv. Lots of amenities was nice. Its also super close to a grocery store, town, and redwood trails.”
