“I had a great stay at this hotel overall. Check-in was smooth and pleasant, and the highlight was definitely the room. It was very spacious and exceptionally clean, which made the stay especially comfortable. My only disappointment was the included continental breakfast. When we arrived, there was still at least an hour left before breakfast ended, but the coffee carafe was empty and the food options were very limited. The presentation of the breakfast area also felt like an afterthought.She ”

“They canceled my reservation leaving me scrambling for another hotel and could not find one . They called and said they had no water ”

“I was in the room 10 minutes before I had a roach skitter across the floor and a bed bug in the edge of my bed. I went for a refund, and they gave me grief even after I showed them pictures with my phone. They said they refunded me finally, a week later, nothing. I called them and they said they cannot refund me. Absolutely disgusting place with a bunch of crooks running the place. They lied to my face, now that I'm 5 hours away, they tell me they won't refund me. Stay away.”

“The photo used for the hotel is not updated. Advertised as a non-smoking property, to be welcomed by the day time manager standing in front of the entrance smoking. The bed cover and chair in the room had cigarette “burn holes” on them. The room was very dated and any attempt to fix, repair or update was poorly done. The TV in the room was small. The dogs on the floor in the other rooms were loud and could be heard barking down the hallway. Minimal options for breakfast. Wasn’t expecting too...

“The property is quite dirty and deteriorated. When we arrived the receptionist had an argument with another guest because of a leakage in the bathroom. In the morning wifi was very unstable and barely working”

“The advertisement was was 2 queen size beds. We got 2 full size beds instead for the same price. Overall clean facilities ”

“The air conditioner sounded like it's ready to retake off. It was loud and running continuously even when set at 70. Room has any funny smell. Smells like spices. Bathtub is a trip hazard/slippery waiting for accident to happen. Could use a hook hanger to hang towels. The place is kinda scary with some long-term resident hanging out in the main lobby. The bathroom sliding door broke. Takes 2 people to slide it open.”

“Yes the a/c unit seemed to be working although it was questionable by the looks of it.”

“Room was very outdated for the price, bathroom ceiling was falling apart, paint peeling, water stains from years ago, was not a good site to see! Checked in after midnight with my 3 week old and 1 year old, room lights didn’t work so went back downstairs to change rooms, 2nd room the tv didn’t work, next morning made it clear that this was not ok so I was moved to ANOTHER room, 3rd in less than 24 hours, 3rd room was better but still not great or cozy, carpet was disgusting, phone and alarm...
