My only complaint would be the bed/pillows were not the most comfortable we've ever had in a hotel; still an overall positive experience!”

“First, I thought I was registered for the hotel across from the Indianapolis Convention Center, which was not the case. That meant I had to walk everyday to the Convention center for the event I was in town for. I use a cane, did not want to spend extra money on uber, so thankfully I managed. Second, the hotel didn't have the expected extra restaurants or other things that they have advertised. Third, they did not have a microwave in the room and you had to go down to heat up any food or...
