“We arrived at the hotel and were told the elevator broke down the day before and would not be fixed anytime soon. In addition there were no rooms available on the first floor. We were a family of 10 people including grandparents, parents and 6 kids between the ages of 2 and 11. Our 2 year old grandchild has a broken leg and is in a brace so carrying her and her stroller up and down stairs for 4 days would have been a nightmare. They did offer us rooms at their sister hotel for the same price...

“Great staff, clean property and nice breakfast. We booked this place, so the little one could play in the pool. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance on both days. I wished I knew it earlier.”

“Check in was great- Sam was extremely helpful... He was exceptional at his job!! Room was clean. Bed comfortable. Breakfast was great. Pool area was quite warm, but pool was chilly. Didn't get to use hot tub do to couple using it for sex- maybe some cameras in area would be a good idea. Definite bummer after the cold pool. Also a clock in pool area would be nice. Parking was good.”

“I was not familiar with the area. The night clerk I really didn’t care for. I thought he was a bit unprofessional. I really enjoyed the room I was staying in. Great view from my window looking at another roof. I felt safe in the area.”

“This hotel turned out to be an excellent choice for a short trip to the Minneapolis-St Paul area. It was conveniently located for all the places we needed to go. (Essentially a quiet area, but very close to both Rt 52 and I-494. It was also walking distances to 4 or 5 decent places to eat, and we went to 2 nice parks that were within a 10 - 15 minute drive. (Including the Swing Bridge Park, at the site of an old Rail/Car bridge crossing the Mississippi from 1895 - 2010.) We had a nice 2...

“First of all, I would like to say thank u to the lady at the front desk that allowed us for late check out. The place was beautiful! Had a good selection for breakfast. Everything in the room was clean the only complaint I had was every time the toliet was flush, it did not flush. My husband had to take off the lid and fix something then it would flush. I would stay here again.”

“The atmosphere was awesome, very decorative and very well kept. One girl at the front desk named Patrick was awesome! He brought me a remote for my room and he even brought me a space heater b/c I was cold. The down side is they don’t have a microwave in the rooms nor do they have ice on the floors. Other than that it was great! I live that they had a shuttle to pick you up from the airport and take you places though. Overall it was a good stay.”
