“Garbages were not checked during our 2 day stay so they were overflowing, chair in our room had stains all over it”

“I dint get the chance to use the kitchen but I’ve restroom did noticed the hair dryer don’t work at all and the room had its little touch it needed but the think that effected me the most was the smell was horrible smelled a lot like cigarettes. The staffing etc was great other wise of the smell and hair dryer no issues everything else was perfect for the prize ”

“Staff were nice. Overall, the hotel was not clean. Booked it for 2 days and stayed for 1 1/2 hour and checked out. Floor, walls, sofa, bathroom, and bedroom were all dirty and looked nothing like the pictures posted. Please update the pictures because that’s false advertisement! Will not be returning. ”

“Nothing about this place screams Amazing stay. The staff are rude. The Hotel smells bad. They have spiders everywhere in the rooms! They treated my service animal (DOG) bad. The refrigerator was not cold enough in one room so they switched us to another room and that refrigerator didn't work. Their pool is never open. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone not even if it was the last resort. ”

“Staff was very nice. Property is getting run down and repairs needed. Curtains were ripped. Mattress on beds were good but on couch bed was terrible—you could almost see all the springs sticking out. Not enough towels in room—we had 5 people registered and only 2 bath towels so we had to get more from the desk. Overall the room was ok but nothing fabulous. ”

“Stayed Monday through Friday, and once again, had a great stay. Able to smoke in my room, surprisingly quiet, decent bed, and direct tv...no streaming bs. Will definitely use this motel 6 again”

“Arrived around 10pm to check in. Two police officers were watching security footage of an incident. Condition of hotel is between a 1-2 star. Front Desk staff handed me a single key rattled off the room number and walked away. No instructions on direction of room, where to park, etc... The elevator was out of service and I was given a 3rd floor handicap accessible room...Chose this location due to the Sonesta Brand's consistency and having a kitchen. The "stocked" kitchen included 1 fork, 1...

“The breakfast was fresh and was kept clean. The staff were very nice. The room was clean, but the walls seemed to be very thin. I could hear kids running upstairs and through the halls. I could hear the people in the next room over talking. There was minimal parking, so I had to park in front of the building over.”
