“Breakfast was fine, rooms were pretty good, not far from downtown Minny or St. Paul. Great price.”

“We went for the night of the Morgan Wallen concert. We called to let them know we might not be able to get there by midnight, the show ended at 1140. They said they would make a note in our room reservation. However when we showed up the doors were locked and no one at the desk for 20 minutes and couldn’t get a hold of anyone by phone. Needless to say our neighbors were loud and we were told they were tight on rooms, we reserved months ago. We won’t be staying there for our next concert. ...

“There are some potholes in the parking lot to watch for but other than that it was great”

“Room was nice and clean. Wish bathroom has make up mirror. Breakfast had many good options.”

“Staff was very nice. Property is getting run down and repairs needed. Curtains were ripped. Mattress on beds were good but on couch bed was terrible—you could almost see all the springs sticking out. Not enough towels in room—we had 5 people registered and only 2 bath towels so we had to get more from the desk. Overall the room was ok but nothing fabulous. ”

“I was there on April 11th, Saturday. At night it was about 9:30–10:00 pm. My room was on the ground floor. I heard guests from us stairs running and it was loud my ceiling was shaking i couldn’t sleep. I called front desk, and explained to him. He said he would go check it out. Then i hear the noise again it was worse i got scared i thought people upstairs were mad that u complained. “Staff was super friendly and helpful. Clean property that felt safe. Room was nice and clean”

“We had a suite that was nice! Very clean, and staff was nice. Conveniently located to great spots for eating, drinks and walking to Arena. Valet parking is expensive but nice to have. ”

“Nothing about this place screams Amazing stay. The staff are rude. The Hotel smells bad. They have spiders everywhere in the rooms! They treated my service animal (DOG) bad. The refrigerator was not cold enough in one room so they switched us to another room and that refrigerator didn't work. Their pool is never open. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone not even if it was the last resort. ”

“Five Star experience at this Hotel- they offered free parking despite online saying guests would need to use a 18$ parking ramp and gave me 3 free drinks at the bar to use during happy hour. Very nice of them to do that.”

“Clean room and cozy bed and sitting area. Great shower! Only complaint is the coffee machine in the room had to be cleaned before I’d use it. There was sediment where the water is added. Breakfast was good but warm not hot ”
