Hotel per famiglie a Clwyd

“Struttura decisamente vecchiotta da ristrutturare (vedi mouquette strappata cosi come le poltrone della camera o nelle aree comuni) I letti e relativa biancheria erano ok e puliti. Va bene per una notte. Il giudizio generale è ,malgrado tutto, positivo per la superba vista sulla baia dalla camera.”

“Due ore d’attesa per poter aver una stanza, con le ragazze della reception che non capivano dove trovare la prenotazione, nonostante avessimo mail e conferma sul telefono. Appartamento sporco, stanza inesistente, nessun lenzuola né asciugamano, se lo volevi dovevi acquistarlo nel supermercato lì vicino, al prezzo di 5 e 10£. Nessun Wi-Fi, rumori e urla fino alle 3 di notte, pessimo anche il checkout, non sapevano come stamparmi la ricevuta di pagamento. Assolutamente da evitare.”

“The room and bathroom were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The service was excellent from checking in to leaving. The cooked breakfast was the highlight, as good as I have tasted.”

“I couldn’t fault this hotel, we was only there 1 night but it was perfect for us, we had top floor room with good views it’s a short walk to the pier and local Main Street with all the restaurants and bars so I’ve no complaints and the breakfast had plenty of choices and the full English hit the spot after a day and night on the beer :-) ”

“Steve and Jeanette were the perfect hosts, even loaning me walking sticks to climb Ir Wyddfa (Mt Snowdon). I was there as a solo traveler and appreciated the very safe and welcoming environment. Everything was perfect: spotless, comfortable room, great shower, delicious Welsh breakfast, easy walk to town, available books and maps, teapot and biscuits in the room, and great WIFI. Heartily recommend!!”
