“Room and bedroom were lovely, french doors with garden outdoor view , you would not expect that from the front door of your room and the front area , bit shabby and dated, saying that bathroom very dated was clean but could do with modernization. Pool was my biggest let down, small very busy and again generally little shabby , temp was good , but I didn't stay in for long , on our visit jacuzzi was full of young lads , all friends couldn't get near it . “Which ever room you stay in, you have a beautiful view whether it being the sea view or the Welsh mountains. The hotel is spotless and the food was beautiful. All the staff are very friendly and make you so welcome. Definitely will be booking again very soon.”

All staff very helpful and approachable Claire on Reception really stood out for her helpfulness and Abbie one of the breakfast waitresses who smiled and helped whenever approached even under pressure. lovely, clean and spacious room with balcony on floor 5 , Breakfast and service was exceptional good range of choice, constantly replenished. Additional items were available to be freshky cooked for a small cost...
