“Brief stay for a local wedding. Staff v friendly and helpful. Room clean and comfortable. Easy checkout.”

“We needed a room at the last minute, so we had to book an Executive Room. It had a bit more luxury than usual, for a higher fee of course. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, though some of the bathroom fittings were a bit 'style over substance'. The sink taps are fine once you understand how to use them, but what's wrong with a plain mixer tap? Similarly the shower/bath contraption looks great, but took a lot of working out, and while running a bath the shower head continued...

“The property was in a beautiful setting but the room was considerably smaller than the photos and it wasn’t clear that the downstairs room didn’t have cooking facilities. You could also hear the neighbours above and at the side, and I assume they could hear us.”

“The room was big with a well stocked tea tray. It was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good with a buffet style hot selection at the weekend and made to order hot choices weekday. The staff were welcoming and friendly.”

“Very polite and helpful staff very clean and tidy general areas and the rooms were immaculate some furniture looked a little dated but certainly were not damaged in any way and still very servicable I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.”

The room we stayed in was very clean and perfect and had everything that we needed e.g tea, coffee and luxury bath products. The breakfast was excellent - couldn't eat everything as the portions were so large. Would highly recommend and look forward to going back!”
