“We left upon arrival. Room smelled of smoke and must. The room was substantially smaller than anticipated - the king bed did not leave much walking space around the perimeter, even for a person of smaller stature such as myself.”

“The room was not clean it was more so the smell from the blankets, the bathroom was dirty and hair was in the tub and a spider, the outside was nice. The young guy was cool but for the price it's not worth it honestly and I thought Delaware didn't tax. Also no one comes around to clean the rooms like normal motels do so don't look forward to getting a clean room.”

When we reported the incident, the manager suggested that we must not have closed the door properly, which felt dismissive and unhelpful. “Beds were fine but everything else was gross. We arrived to what felt a bit unsafe - 24/7 surveillance signs which included large disclosures about the property not being liable for car break in's, long term stay guests sitting in "look out" positions outside rooms in walk ways outdoors & beyond dirty bathroom. The back of the bathroom door was filthy, brown stain dripping down the door with many small black hairs & what appeared to be poop...also the mold was everywhere even around the...
