“Il giudizio complessivo è positivo per il personale collaborativo, sorridente e molto gentile. La struttura è silenziosa nonostante ci siano molti utenti. Non ho provato il servizio di colazione. Il giudizio negativo è dovuto alla completa assenza di trasporti pubblici, dato che si tratta di fatto di un grande autogrill (per come lo intendiamo in Italia), quindi se non hai un'automobile devi per forza servirti di un taxi per raggiungere il centro abitato. “A beautiful grand hotel with very welcoming staff, manager, reception and bar staff could not have been more helpful. We stayed in a dog friendly room, the bed was super comfortable with views countryside views. Breakfast was delivered to our room and fresh and delicious. The grounds around the hotel are stunning. We will definitely stay again when in the area. ”

“Good value for money (given it's London). 300 m to West Brompton station (max 10 minutes wait for a train). Bus stop in front of the hotel (although only westbound in summer 2025 because of road works). Breakfast improvable but absolutely fine for me. Beds may be too soft for some people. “The other house was a great base for us on our London leg of our journey. Loved all the uniqueness of this place. The pool, sauna and steam rooms were a great way to escape the bustle of London. The staff were super attentive and friendly. Only comment for consideration was that our room felt a tad cramped, so perhaps a little less furniture.”
