“The room was clean, today and warm even if a little dated. The staff (Charles) on the second morning was very attentive and friendly. Perfect location for the horse racing event at Sandown and access to the train for a trip to London too. ”

“Pre-booked dinner for 2000. On arrival at hotel at 1830 nothing known. Only available table was 1845 so went straight to dinner. All evening there were empty tables near me so I could easily have had a later booking. When I went up to my room reported this to reception. Was promised a response. Nothing heard. Frequently stay at this hotel.”

“Stayed on a work trip, very comfy and clean rooms with a fantastic pub restaurant. Great staff which made the stay feel very comfortable, alongside great food served at breakfast and dinner. Would stay again next time down in Sandown.”
