“Very comfortable and very helpful staff. There was a mix-up over payment, but the manager sorted it out within ten minutes. The room was perfect, good sized bathroom and spotless. Met up with friends for a reunion and everyone left smiling and happy. Will stay again at the next reunion.”

“The room was not clean, the carpets were stained and dirty, the chair was dirty, the shower was dirty.
They changed the room which was better, however I was too tall to have a shower as the ceiling was so low so I had to bath.

“Such a beautiful place! The room was just stunning and very clean. Very spacious with big bathroom and free standing bath which added a nice touch. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the food was very good although my pizza was slightly more done than I would have liked but still enjoyable. 30 seconds walk and there is a lovely place to walk down the river and watch the boats. Lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy some food and a drink. Would definitely stay here again. ”
