“Very easy self check in before arrival making a quick way to our room. Polite and pleasant staff, warm and comfortable surroundings on a freezing day/night. Room was fully equipped with all we needed for our stay and a great breakfast the next morning. We also ate here the night before and enjoyed our meal as we had previous visits. “The room was spotless and staff extremely courteous. The floors in the common areas —stone and carpets were very dirty, so a good shampoo or replacement of the carpeting is in order. The muck in the corners of the entranceway, hallways and bar was particularly problematic. The staff was amazing, as was the service and food!!”
