“Hi we always have a lovely stay at your hotel and I've given Google reviews to say so. I thought I would just mention though that this time our room was a let down. It was more of a cosy room than an executive. No where to put anything and my partner smashed his head twice. I would say it was more like the staffs quarters from years ago. “The room was comfortable and warm, with everything we needed. The staff were so welcoming and friendly and couldn't have done enough for us. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay. The only comment I would make is that plates should be warmed (our evening meal and breakfast was lukewarm, due to cold plates). (Heatlamp doesn't warm plates sufficiently). Also, the music, during breakfast was too loud...however, it was turned down when requested. Having said that; this didn't take anything away from...
