“Il giudizio complessivo è positivo per il personale collaborativo, sorridente e molto gentile. La struttura è silenziosa nonostante ci siano molti utenti. Non ho provato il servizio di colazione. Il giudizio negativo è dovuto alla completa assenza di trasporti pubblici, dato che si tratta di fatto di un grande autogrill (per come lo intendiamo in Italia), quindi se non hai un'automobile devi per forza servirti di un taxi per raggiungere il centro abitato. Ovviamente la colpa è mia che non ho...

“2 miles from the Railway station, in the middle of some ponds, nice hotel but not adequate personnel (in mubers), location is poor, prices are high (Ascot week).”

“The room was not clean, the carpets were stained and dirty, the chair was dirty, the shower was dirty. They changed the room which was better, however I was too tall to have a shower as the ceiling was so low so I had to bath. Good breakfast ”

“A beautiful grand hotel with very welcoming staff, manager, reception and bar staff could not have been more helpful. We stayed in a dog friendly room, the bed was super comfortable with views countryside views. Breakfast was delivered to our room and fresh and delicious. The grounds around the hotel are stunning. We will definitely stay again when in the area. ”

“Such a beautiful place! The room was just stunning and very clean. Very spacious with big bathroom and free standing bath which added a nice touch. The staff were so lovely and helpful and the food was very good although my pizza was slightly more done than I would have liked but still enjoyable. 30 seconds walk and there is a lovely place to walk down the river and watch the boats. Lovely outdoor seating area to enjoy some food and a drink. Would definitely stay here again. ”

The general manager really helped turn our very hectic day of delayed flights and lost luggages into a good day with his kindness and attentiveness. I would stay here again and again. Breakfast was amazing. A great variety and the service was beyond exceptional. Thank you all again for your hospitality. My daughters and I really appreciated it.”

“We had stayed here before as it is very convenient for visiting family. Rooms are small but comfortable. Friendly host, easy free parking. Pleasant pub just around the corner for dinner and very relaxing in the garden. Good value for this part of Surrey.”
