“Our stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Baltimore Hunt Valley was extremely disappointing. The first room we were assigned had a strong musty, dirty smell. We were moved to a second room, which was better, but the AC compressor was unbelievably loud — it sounded like an airplane taking off. On top of that, every night the parking lot was crowded with pickup trucks, and there were groups of people drinking and partying late into the evening. “The staff was amazing at this location. I arrived a little bit early and Zach, at the front desk, did everything he could to get me in a room quickly. Every time I walked past the front desk everyone was extremely friendly. It is a slightly older hotel, but it is maintained well. My only constructive criticism would be the musty smell from the air conditioner. Otherwise, the room was clean and quiet. I would stay here again.”
