Hotel a Cockeysville

“The door would not unlock, staff had to open the door for me and anytime I left and needed back in the room. There were no towels or wash cloths. There was no fridge. I booked a king size bed but was told there was only 1 left and it was a smoking room which was unacceptable and tried to give me 2 double bed room. That was not going to work for 2 adults to share.”

“Everything was well maintained, room was clean, coffee bar in the morning was nice”

“There was a fridge in the room but no microwave. The A/C was off, the room was stuffy. It was loud when turned on and it took almost the entire stay to get the room temperature decent. The A/C stayed loud for the whole visit. Balcony had no chairs unlike other rooms so was useless. It really could have been better. Best thing about the room was the size of the shower.”

“The staff was really nice. Nice options for breakfast. My children and grandson really enjoyed the pool. Location was very convenient for traveling to different locations. The negative issue was the smell entering the room. I had to open the windows and spray Lysol but didn’t help. The room was very clean and neat though. The cleaning lady was friendly as well. No problems with the Wi-Fi.”

“The room was very clean and had all the things you need to make a home cooked meal. Staff was very helpful with any needs and was extremely convenient to have a washer and dryer. 10/10 will definitely be staying here again.”
