This unique level home is situated on the upper level in a private setting, tucked away on a hillside that overlooks Coffs Harbour. With comfortable sleeping accommodations for up to 6 guests, this 3 Bedroom home is perfectly situated just 2 minutes from the pacific highway and 9 minutes drive to the beach - the ideal rest stop between Brisbane and Sydney.

This fully-equipped home features all the modern amenities you could possibly need for an unforgettable stay - from a full kitchen with dishwasher, large Smart TV with Netflix and more. Enjoy stunning mountain views and ocean glimpses from your own balcony or gather around the fireplace for cozy nights spent indoors. For convenience there is NBN Wi-Fi throughout and office nook for those remote working holidays.

There are 3 allocated car spaces at rear (not undercover) and also a laundry with washing machine for longer stays.
The master bedroom boasts a Queen bed, air-conditioning, ceiling fans plus built in robes and smart TV. The second bedroom contains Queen bed with built-in robes and ceiling fans, while the third bedroom has two King Single beds also equipped with built-in robes and ceiling fans.

A separate bathroom includes both bathtub, shower and toilet and can be separated as an ensuite for the master or can be shared as main bathroom for all 3 rooms. There are BBQ facilities outside on the balcony with an outdoor entertainment setting.

Perfect for a quick getaway to Coffs

We were a family of 6 visiting Coffs for 2 days. Hillside serenity was just right for the trip. Located in the quieter suburb but just a short drive to the city center.For us, most of the day time was spent outside and only returned to the property late evening for dinner and some family movie time. So one suggestion would be to upgrade the living room tv as we did have some connectivity issues and had trouble viewing movies.
