Godetevi il nostro 4 letto, 2 bagno completo 1880 Sqft metà del secolo moderna casa sul lago con splendida vista lago dalla parte anteriore ea 100 passi dal ponte posteriore al vivace porto turistico di Cape Royale. Lakehouse ha buoni letti e materassi e un bel ponte sotto gli alberi sul retro della casa. Cucina completamente attrezzata con fornitura di caffè, tè, zucchero, sale, ketchup, senape e salsa barbecue. Lenzuola e asciugamani forniti. Parcheggio privato per quattro auto o tre auto + rimorchio per imbarcazioni. Puoi parcheggiare altre due auto sulla strada di fronte al parcheggio privato. Portate la vostra barca (tassa Cape Royale di $ 20) e attrezzi da pesca. Il molo di pesca e le tre rampe per le barche si trovano nelle vicinanze del porto turistico. Cape Royale ha piscina comunitaria, campi da basket, beach volley, percorso naturalistico, parco giochi e parchi lungolago ed è adatto ai bambini.

Great location - sleepy little neighborhood on the lake. We are from dallas and met friends from Houston there - easy for us all to get to. The house was great for 2 families with bedrooms on 2 floors. Kitchen is well stocked with all the things we needed. It’s dog friendly with lots of outdoor activities. We made great memories with our families and will plan to come back !

Our family stayed in this ideal home for the third time for Memorial Day Weekend. It is always a pleasure to be hosted by Frederik and Sylvia. The home is cozy, comfortable and clean. There is plenty of room to sit and visit with family and it is great to have a full kitchen for meals when needed. Thank you for another perfect stay!

Our family had a wonderful visit at this property over Thanksgiving. The house was spacious and well stocked. The owners Frederik and Sylvia were available and answered questions promptly. The wood stove was burning and ready for us when we arrived on a cold November day. We will definitely return here!!!

Our stay at the lake house in this nice neighborhood exceeded expectations. The marina added a serene touch to the surroundings. We enjoyed expending family time at the large table on the deck. The well-stocked kitchen with spices and cooking essentials made meal preparation a breeze. I would highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway.

This lake house is in the trees, along a creek very, close to the marina. We reserved a slip for our boat which convenient and fun. The house is roomy, well cared for, and well supplied with dishes, kitchen items, bath towels and bedding. There is also a cloths washer & dryer and all appliances and AC are in good working order. There is also parking for 4 cars which is more than many similar locations. The Cape Royal community is very nice and the location is beautiful. Over all the house is comfortable, pleasant to be in, and hosted our family perfectly. Wish we could stay there all summer!

Enjoyed our time, just would have liked to have been able to make the rain go away. We did have some time to enjoy the back deck though. The host had good communication. The kitchen was very well stocked. The large couch was nice. Comfortable seating for several people. We also had plenty of area for parking. Nice area fro get out and take a walk.

What a great place! The house was beautiful and the location was amazing. It was spacious, bed were comfy and the decor was inviting. We couldn’t get over how well stocked the place was. It had EVERYTHING you need, and more. Definitely recommend!

Property was comfortable and very clean. Kitchen was well supplied with cooking utensils, dishes and cleaning supplies. All you needed for a getaway at the lake. Description of the property and ammenties is accurate. The owner was hospitable and communicative. When we get a chance, we will visit again.

Our family really enjoyed spending the Thanksgiving holidays in Fred and Sylvia's beautiful home. They were such great hosts and the property was very comfortable and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the fireplace, lots of seating and dining outdoors looking at the beautiful view of the lake and marina. The community was also great and we loved hiking the trails. We definitely plan to return!

It’s a great gateway: spacious, clean house with everything you need and even more. The neighborhood is so beautiful and safe. There are hiking trails and a small playground. It’s very quite. We did have a small issue with a thermostat not working on the first floor but Fred brought us wood to warm it up. Thank you so much! We are very happy with our stay!
