Hotel a Coldspring

“I’ve stayed there twice now. Staff is very nice. Property is clean and safe room is great. AC works good. I would recommend this motel.”

“The odor in the lobby area was terrible. We passed on breakfast because the odor was such a turn-off. If you like the smell of wet dog and mildew towels you will be fine. I had to go to the store to freshen my room and make it tolerable for the one night stay. The shower door would not stay closed and it was almost as if they put the fixtures backwards in the shower. The countertops in the room were not clean- old rice and sticky residue was left behind. Thank God I brought Clorox wipes and .”

“Staff was friendly and eager to help. The rooms were clean and very nice. The only concern I had was the breakfast could have been better. I was adequate though. Overall it was a good stay.”

“The room was pretty clean but had a rather bold musty smell. One thing I REALLY liked was the blackout curtain. It was fantastic. I hated the fact that the coffee pot was in the restroom. No Way in the world would I EVER use a coffee pot that is on the bathroom counter. The pool was clean and fully functioning. The laundry room was one washer nad 1 dryer in the corner of a small room, right off the hallway, with no door. I thought that was strange, but having one was a plus. I do have to thank...

“Nice & helpful staff, clean room & bathroom, comfortable bed & great TV. But a noisy A/C was distracting during sleep time.”

“The room has roaches, I smelled Marijuana as soon as I walked to the back door to go to my room. The TV remote didn't work, staff brought me another but had to keep pressing it hard to change the channels. Last night was the only night the street actually got hot. I will never stay there again.”

“When we first arrived late at night (with reservations and a phone call to confirm and say we would be late), hotel staff was nowhere to be found. Had to wait 10 minutes for someone to come to the lobby. Got to the room, and it was 82 degrees! The AC had not been on. It smelled very musty and took all night for it to cool down. Beds were good enough, shower was good enough. There was peeling paint in many places, electrical plus were not flush with the wall, and there was a large chunk of paint...

“I like that there was no carpet but I didn't like how small the restroom was and that the sink was on the outside of the restroom.”

“The hotel appeared to be clean and the staff were helpful and nice. However the shower in the room leaked and there was a horrible smell in the elevator. It smelled like natural gas. The rooms are not insulated well and the cracks in the door let noise in from the hall, ie people talking and doors closing. Could not fully close the curtain to create a black out space for sleeping. The restrooms off the lobby, the commodes were not attached well to the floor as the wobbled.”
