Case in affitto a Colfax

“Super cozy and spacious lodge, amazing hot tub/jets, quite easy to get to, and phenomenal communication/support (easy 10/10 there)! Grill worked wonderfully for cookouts + kitchen in particular pretty much had everything you would want. For the time being, keep in mind it is two full bedrooms and the couch, but the couch is really comfy (one of my friends insisted on the couch over the bedrooms bc it was that comfy), but that wasn't too much of a problem with our group of 4 :) Would love to...

“Fantastic setting, great accommodations, including comfy bed, and kitchenette, able to make my breakfast and lunch perfectly. I could sit on the porch and look at the trees and I even saw deer walking by. It was only a few blocks to the main part of Grass Valley, but felt very rural. When I needed batteries for the remote control for the TV they were delivered quickly. I will definitely come back.”

“This was my first time renting a Vrbo and it was really enjoyable. The house was very cozy and the perfect location for our golf trip around Auburn. The hosts were very good with communication and very professional. I would stay here again and recommend it to friends.”

“This home was dirty. We book 2 people for 4 nights. The inside of the microwave was disgusting, the refrigerator had a stinky smell, and the floor was sticky, I wanted to clean out the microwave so I could use it, but there was only one half sheet of paper towel left on the roll and no others to be found. I couldn't find a mug for my tea, till I looked inside the dishwasher but honestly I couldn't tell if the dishes were clean or dirty. Yes we could have gone to the store and bought our own...

“House was impeccably clean. Beds were very comfortable. All amenities were available, like kitchen gear, extra bedding and newly installed appliances and homewares. Our host was attentive, very quick to reply and kind. Great location in Auburn to access shops and main thoroughfare, yet very private, quiet and good neighborhood. I would recommend this house and host for anyone who’s looking for a stress-free and comfortable stay in Auburn.”

“Home was nicely decorated and comfortable. Very cute and clean. My boys enjoyed the basketball court and pickle ball too. We had a little issue with one of the air conditioner wall units and the host was able to get it fixed right away. Short walk to the lake, but be prepared it is uphill almost the entire way back. I suggest driving first to check it out. Overall very enjoyable. We would definitely stay again.”

“The house was perfect and just as described. The hosts were communicative and helpful. And the property was peaceful and beautiful. We felt like we were staying in a state park. ”

“Casa Mariposa genuinely exceeded our expectations! We have used both house rental platforms for years and can honestly say this stay is in our top two all time. Our host was a fabulous host. We truly felt that she was “there for us” and was very serious about all going well with our stay. The house was even better than the pictures. The overall feel you have while there is that of a high end feel. The kitchen was over the top with everything and I mean everything you could possibly need....

“Great location, with everything in downtown Auburn within walking distance. Even though it was right downtown, it was quiet inside the house.”

“This is a lovely, spacious place within walking distance of the main town. It was clean and well-equipped. The host was very accommodating and friendly. ”

“Lovely property, well equipped & comfortable for a family gathering.”
