“Nice room clean facilities.”

“The hotel's showing its age. The AC was noisy, beds have seen better days. The staff was very helpful getting us settled.”

“If you spill anything on the bedding you might as well take it. My husband spilled whine some got on the sheet, we were nice and let them know, so they charged us for it after washing. If I had known that I would have just took the sheet home since I was being charged for it anyway”

“Hotel was a nice place to stay traveling to Tennessee. The front desk checkin was fine and person was helpful. Our room was spacious with room to move around. Breakfast had cold and hot food choices. Enough to get you started for the day. Would stay again if passing through the area.”

“room had gnats flying around. also, whoever cleaned the room failed to clean the bottom of the toilet.”

“I booked and paid for this room thru Expedia. When I checked in they needed my credit card for incidentals. When they ran it they charged me again for the room. This is the third time I’ve stayed there and it has happened everytime. I’ve spoke to the manager and it gets you no where. They take your money in an instant but when it’s their fault so they owe you back they tell you it takes 5-7 business days to be reimbursed. I told them when I checked out that if my money wasn’t back in my account...

“Didn't have any complimentary breakfast. Place looked run down inside and out. Couldnt understand the desk worker. Beds were hard and tv didn't work. 100% don't recommend.”

“The staff was great! It would be nice to know before you show up that the pool has been shut down by the authorities and will not be usable with a full price hotel already paid for.”

“This hotel is dark, dirty and not well maintained. Definitely in the motel category, the property needs major help with maintenance. However, the property manager was great! Very helpful and she tried to accommodate us as best as she could but the property was unacceptable. We went to the Holiday Inn in the next parking lot, we left this hotel ( that I paid for and didn’t receive a refund), did not stay the night and checked into the Holiday Inn, great decision!!”

“Clean room, very spacious woth the kitchen included. Appreciate that my room was in close proximity to other activity or amenities that are available for use. Sliding door to an outside sitting area was useful especially to unwind for the evening. Minus the noise of other occupants it was a good stay overall.”

“Hotel bello ,confortevole e silenzioso. Personale gentile e disponibile. Stanza grande e confortevoli. Appena 5 minuti di auto dal centro di Bloomington e 10 minuti da Normal (con un centro molto bello). Colazione degna di nome,visto cosa propone la concorenza di queti tempi. Consiglio a chi passa da queste parti. ”

“L’hotel è un po’ fuori da Pontiac ma è comodo ed ha il parcheggio gratuito. Nel complesso è buono”
