“I enjoyed the room darkening shades, room was clean AC was nice. The pool was down for maintenance. The exercise room, 2 bikes were broken, there was NO sanitizer bottles or wipes to wipe down the equipment, hand sanitizer was empty. The kitchen staff was very nice, but the microwave had not been cleaned in a while, reminds you of a college microwave.”

Curtains broken, chips on floor, poop on one of the toilets, nose ring left on bathroom counter, hair all over one over the beds, the person in the room next to us invited us in to show us how filthy it was under his mattress.
