Case in affitto a Collbran

“The cabin was just as described, clean and comfy. The beds were very comfortable and our dog loved the dog bed provided. It is important to note that in the description it says that the "bath house" is 200 feet away from the cabin. This means not only showers, but toilets and sinks are 200 feet up a rutted path. (Lanterns are provided in the cabin.) This is a long way to go in the middle of the night, so this cabin is not ideal for anyone who needs a toilet during the night. Also, we were...

“Beautiful property surrounded by just as spectacular views. Short trip into town if needed or you can enjoy nature in peace. One thing to note is the gravel road up to the house can be intimidating for those who aren't comfortable with it but it's definitely worth the trip. Would 100% recommend and would come back to stay longer in a heartbeat”

“Location In town was good but will most likely not stay again. Very minimal amenities that most places have. I have lived in the valley 20 years and never had a house with so many spiders and earwigs inside. 3 nights and was in the house mainly for just sleeping and saw over 9 spiders not a fan. Couldn’t get anything to load with WiFi and had absolute zero service in town. So had to wait til I got home to write review. Usually places we stay have more detailed check out instructions and house...

“The Tack Room was comfortable and quiet with really nice views.”

“Epic property and campsite!!!Secluded & chill. We had privacy in a beautiful location. They have indoor and outdoor showers. Perfect location & the site is set with chairs and tables and a flat place to put your tent.”

“Nice glamping experience. Bed was comfortable, coffee good, good location. Separate bathroom was clean and serves 4 cabins. We were there during the week into the weekend. We had the bathrooms to ourselves during the week. All four cabins were filled for the weekend, but no long waits for bathroom access! I am an early riser though. I liked it. Paonia is pretty slow, I would not go back to spend time there. We were OHV riding. ”

“Perfect base camp, or just a quiet getaway”

“The property was clean and quiet. They have created a beautiful green oasis that represented the valley and Paonia well. I brought my wife to experience the area and community. It was a perfect fit, we will be back.”

“This a nicely remodeled property with modern appliances, excellent space for many to hang out, and a game room that kept everyone entertained. The host is very attentive and the check in and check out were super easy. Great place for the price. Less than 30 min drive to Glenwood Springs.”

“This place is really a gem! We loved every little moment! The owner is super kind and helpful.”

“We throughly enjoyed our stay. The property is close to bike trails, fishing, rafting, town and hot springs. The home was beautiful, comfortable and clean. The communication with the host was excellent. We will be reserving this home again.”

“This is a great house if you're looking location and comfort. Each room has an air conditioner/heater which is perfect considering it was 100 degrees when we checked in. The back yard is quiet and serene and looks out on to open fields and mountains. You can easily walk from the house along the trail by the river too. The kitchen is stock with basic supplies and could use other items like whisk, spatulas, more silverware, and additional storage containers. We brought our coffee grinder, but...
