“Very unhappy with management! I booked on 7/4/26 because my family lost power and it was during a heat wave. I expected fully air conditioned rooms at the hotel but was left with 2 rooms that did not have functioning ac units. My children and I were hot the entire night. “Two guys at the front desk were helpful to me. What I didn’t like was the food was overpriced and not good. They were out of items I wanted and this was in the morning. At check-in they wanted my a card to put on file and they said they would charge it. I looked at the account a little later and they charged it $100. At checkout I asked them about it they told me the money will be put back on my card 3-4 days. So you take money in minutes but it takes 3-4 days to replace it. Doesn’t make sense...
