“Grest service large rooms very clean ”

“Outside was nice inside was messy the floors were not vacuumed. The trash was very stinking and not cleaned. Had to ask for everything no cups plates pots were not in room. Ask three times for a glass insert for the microwave, never received it still missing. Hallways needed vacuuming. Stove had black something on it that stuck on pots had to scrub them.”

“Did not feel this hotel was up to Westin standards. The air conditioning did not work well at all in the room meaning the room stayed very stuffy and it was hard to sleep. The bathroom was very small. The toilet, barely flushed and also had a crack on the bowl. Carpet was very dingy just overall not a nice place to stay, not worth the money. The location is good and it has a nice fitness center.”

“Bathroom needs maintenance big time. Room 335. Booked and upper room corner and they gave me a room on the first floor”

“Check in was kind of a problem, almost no rooms ready before 3pm. And then at 3 the lines to check in were too long. My sister and her family also stayed here and they only had one room out of the three that she had booked ready for occupancy. Other than that, the rooms were clean, the property was well kept, and the amenities were good. Breakfast is from 6-10am, which we all enjoyed in the morning.”

“The kitchen was well appointed and I really appreciated the full fridge for leftover and drink storage, but the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan and my toilet leaked from the front, which was very inconvenient. I was unable to try the hotel's breakfast offerings due to my schedule, but I hope to should I choose to stay here again.”
