“Great overall experience!”

“We arrived a day earlier than we had anticipated. The hotel was very accommodating and could accommodate us a day early. Expedia, however, would not allow the change in arrival date. I had to go ahead and pay for the room again. It is what it is. The real problem was the number of children who were completely ignored by their parents and left to behave like animals. If the guests won't police their children, the hotel staff should step in and ask the parents to settle their children. ”

“Comfortable bed. Safe neighborhood. That's about it. The property is in poor condition and doesn't come with much, not even bathing gel”

“We were EXTREMELY disappointed with the shower. Woke up this AM only to discover our shower had no hot water. Ive never had that happen before. Called the front desk and was told they were having issues and were working on it. WTH does Westin rent me a room with no hot water?”

“Clean room, room was large, bathroom a little small. Overall the Hyatt in Morristown was great. Within walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Staff was nice, parking was easy. Would absolutely stay here again”

“Nice quiet place good staff nice and comfortable bed. Refrigerator ice make inside the refrigerator. You don’t have to walk the hall fully furnished very good and comfortable place.”

“The outside doors aren't locked so homeless people come in all day, all night. There is also a lot of criminals, drugs and sexworkers. Police passes often but can't do anything. Tried to talk to the manager but she is in denial. The room itself could use some work. Toilet bowl isn't fixed, table was wobbly. Big room with one bed but missing chair for more comfort. Door doesn't close tightly. Mattress and pillows were comfy. ”

“After I booked the place and got to the destination the owner changed the listing as not available. They ddid not call to notify me. I call the number they provided but the voice man was full. This location is not a hotel it is a house. Also the area of Newark seemed unsafe. It reminds me of the worst parts of Philadlephia. I was very disappointed and would like a refund. ”
