The Pershing House’s elaborate back patio and yard space is fully inclusive of a fire pit, gaming area, grilling area, lounging area, dining area, and covered awning with built-in fans. The space is perfect for gathering, watching sports, playing games, grilling and reconnecting with your friends and family while kicking back under the magnificent oak tree. Grill, watch the game, play pool and ping pong outside. Break out more yard games like Corn Hole, Giant Jenga, Connect Four, Uno, Chess or Checkers to keep the kids entertained. Unwind by the firepit and gaze at the stars. Light up the string lights throughout the yard and lounge on the back terrace while the game plays on the outdoor patio TV.

The House boasts a sophisticated and full dining room, fully-equipped kitchen, breakfast nook, central living area with viewing access to a 65” TV and the grand backyard, lounge area, grilling area and gaming area. Each bedroom is equipped with luxury memory foam beds and is carefully crafted to invite you into the coziest retro vibe of Aggieland. Enjoy a piece of history by exploring The Pershing House’s vintage artwork display of A&M football history. And when you love the vibe too much to leave the house, you won’t miss a minute of any game with six large screen TVs decorated throughout the entire home.
