  • Just 1/2 mile from Texas A&M`s Eastgate sits this newly renovated 4 bedroom house.

    The game room with Basketball game and Pac-Man Arcade is a hit with kids of all ages!

    Each of the home`s bedrooms and living room feature a smart TV and the house is nicely furnished and outfitted with all the comforts of home.

    This centrally located house is walking distance to campus, restaurants, & shops, and just a short drive from George Bush Library, Santa`s Wonderland, North Gate & more!

    Open to dining and kitchen and features a smart TV and queen sofa bed.

    Kitchen & Dining
    Fully stocked kitchen and large dining area.

    Game Room
    Basketball game, gaming table, and arcade game with 12 total games including Pac-Man, Galaga, and Dig-Dug.

    Bedroom 1
    Queen bed, private full bathroom, 2 night stands with USB chargers, dresser, smart TV, large closet.

    Bedroom 2
    Queen bed, 2 night stands with USB chargers, dresser, smart TV, closet.

    Bedroom 3
    Queen bed, 1 night stand with USB charger, smart TV, closet.

    Bedroom 4
    2 bunk beds for a total of 4 twin sized beds, smart TV, closet. Please note the bunk beds have a 165lb weight limit.

    Hall Bathroom - full bathroom.

    Additional Sleeping
    There is a twin sized fold-up bed stored in the master closet as well as sleeping for 1 (or 2 smalls) on the sofa.

    Backyard
    Fenced with 6ft privacy fence. Large Oak tree.

    Guests will have full access to the property other than the backyard storage shed and the small utility closet in the hallway full bathroom.

    I do not live at this property, but live locally if needed.

    Smart TV`s (Roku) are provided along with internet, but we do not provide a subscription for TV service. You will need to sign into your apps for TV.

    A twin-sized folding bed is also provided in the master closet.

    We allow up to 12 guests included in the booking fee. Additional guests are allowed at the owner`s discretion with a $25/night fee per guest.

    We do not allow parties, sub-letting, renting rooms, ghost kitchens, commercial activity, or any other activity in which you profit from our property.

We had a great stay! The house was clean and the game room was a hit, especially the arcade game. Brady, the owner, responded quickly and was very accommodating. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for a central area.

Perfect spot for family to celebrate graduation

Owners were very responsive and helpful. Super close to campus. Well supplied. Nice kitchen, comfy beds, fun games.

The neighborhood was quiet and the house is located close to Texas A&M University. The grandkids really liked the small game room.

Chech in and check out was easy. We didnt fell safe with the party next door, and the heavy oder of pot outside. Neighborhood is the only problem with this place.

Perfect stay, teens loved it!

This was an awesome house for two families that were bringing their teenagers to tour A&M. The kitchen was well equipped (crockpot!) for us to have dinner ready after a long day of tours or the football game. The beds were comfortable and the teens absolutely loved the game room! The little living area would be a little squishy if everyone staying there tried to watch something together, but it was perfect for four adults while the kids played in the game room. Overall, SUPER close to campus and we really enjoyed our stay. Oh, and the host is very responsive! We'd definitely stay here again! Thanks!
