“Room was clean and had all the things I wanted. However, if you have a west facing room (towards the Red Carpet bar), late at night on the weekends you can hear everyone out and about. Otherwise everything else way great and we didnt hear other patrons in the hotel which is always a plus. ”

“Starnes great and made us feel welcomed. Ensure we knew all the amenities and where they were and all dining options. They slowed down to be personal and take interest in or travels and what was most important. They ensured we received the best room possible and the sunset and sun rise over the river was amazing. ”

“Everything was exceptional, the only problem was we couldn’t use the pool or hot tub when we returned back to the hotel around 10:15 pm I was so disappointed a hot tub would of been perfect way to end the evening. ”

“All the staff were so awesome from the 1st phone call to check in & making sure everything was what we needed! Grandkids loved the pool & they let us use the dining area for a little birthday cake celebration. Will definitely be back. It was a very wonderful stay!”
