Another staff member arrived and politely and patiently waited until the receptionist had finished checking me in, before she spoke to the receptionist I commended both staff on that. It’s a little thing but it was enough to make me feel valued as a guest. ”

“We had a one night stay for the footy game at Suncorp. I booked the two bedroom
Apartment and we were given a three bedroom apartment. It was nice and clean, spacious, and felt looked after. We used the hot pool and pool facilities, and found them nice and tidy too. The staff were all very professional, and lovely to deal with. ”

“La mia esperienza è stata positiva. L’appartamento è situato in una zona ottima di Brisbane. Le condizioni buone, solo alcuni mobili erano unti e l’appartamento dava sulla macchina che raccoglie la spazzatura dunque un po’ rumorosa. Per il resto personale disponibile e la sicurezza ottima.”

“Our Atlas apartment was clean, in a great location, and had all the amenities needed for a short stay. The staff were lovely, and for us, the visitor parking was a great option when our son came to visit. We'd definitely recommend and stay again.”
