“Vero close to the airport ”

“I saw some terrible reviews for this hotel and was very skeptical. It was great and well priced for the area. We would definitely stay here again. I think it was a little too “clean” for my tastes. It smelled like Pine-Sol everywhere. The free breakfast did the job. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The front desk experience was a little strange. She did not speak English very well and whenever I interacted with her while checking in, if I had a question, she looked annoyed. Not sure...

“We checked in to the SFO Hyatt Regency because we had an early flight. Everything was fine. We had planned to turn in early. However, at 9 pm, we heard someone vacuuming the hallway outside our door! I opened the door to find two housekeepers outside-one vacuuming, the other cleaning the opposite room. All the while, they were talking fairly loudly. The housekeeper who was vacuuming apologized, but the other just shrugged it off. As many patrons are arriving or leaving at odd hours, this...

“The hotel, room, and grounds were very nice, and we enjoyed the hot tub, pool, and fireside seating. What I would have liked in the room was a microwave for my tea, a shower cap, which has been provided at other hotels we stayed at, and ability to change the thermostat. It may have been broken, not sure. We did like the ceiling fan, but couldn't change the speed. With those considerations, we would still stay there again, as the rate was fair.”
